Data deletion policy
This policy describes how you can request removal of your account and personal data from KrisAi AdCraft.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address associated with your account. Send your request to privacy@krisai.co with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Include your registered email and, if applicable, the name of your organization. This helps us verify ownership before we delete data.
- We will confirm receipt and complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days, except where law requires we retain certain records (for example tax or fraud-prevention obligations). In those cases we retain only what is required and delete the rest.
What we delete
After we verify your request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data tied to your account, including:
- Account profile, brand voice settings, and credentials
- Campaigns, creatives, and related assets in our storage where technically feasible
- Leads, follow-ups, sequences, bookings, and CRM records you stored in the product
- OAuth tokens for connected ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
Third-party platforms
If you disconnect KrisAi AdCraft in Meta, Google, or LinkedIn, that stops new access from our app to those accounts. It does not by itself delete data held by those companies. For requests about data on those services, use each platform's own privacy and account tools.
